Veho Muvi K2NPNG Review

There are so many great things about the Veho Muvi K2NPNG that we will go over below, including some Veho accessories that you should also consider. The first thing you will notice when you order the Veho Muvi K2NPNG, is that it doesn’t come in some flimsy cardboard box. It arrives inside a hard carry case which makes it extremely easy to transport the camera and all the accessories it comes with. The clasp on the carry case is sturdy and keeps it shut. Inside the case, is also generously padded making sure that everything is secure. Inside the carry case there is also enough space for any accessories that you might want to include as well.

Veho-Accessories

The hard carry case is one of the many great extras that you get with the Veho Muvi K2NPNG. It’s surprising that you get so many great things for the low price that you end up paying. Another great feature of the Veho Muvi K2NPNG is the LCD screen that comes attached to the back of the camera. These features give you a live view of what you’re seeing as well as giving you additional navigation controls. This is a similar feature that might remind you of the GoPro but without the touchscreen control. This makes it way easier to frame your shots and change your settings without having to reach for your smartphone.

You get a pretty decent variety of mounts in the case which include Velcro mounts for both flat and curved surfaces, a helmet front mount and a right angle mount. It’s good to know that GoPro mounts also work with the Veho Muvi K2NPNG expanding your options even more. All of the mounts you get will work just fine with or without the waterproof case so you can organize what you need to take easily. While it doesn’t come with said Veho accessories they are affordable and worth the difference. Other companies can charge for just the carry case alone so it’s worth the investment.

It comes with a micro SD card that carries 8GB which is okay for backup so you want to buy a bigger card for your everyday use. You’ll get about 1hour and 30minutes with the 8GB card, if you are filming in 1080p. The design is what you would expect from the average action camera design. Without the waterproof case and LCD screen attached, it is slightly bigger than the GoPro and the lens does come out slightly further as well. With the waterproof case on it does start to get a bit more bulky, but Veho accessories have also come up with two different waterproof cases depending on whether you want to attach the LCD screen or not.

If you are someone who does want to take your camera into the water, then you want to make sure you use the anti-mist inserts. Without these inserts, the housing and case can get foggy in wet conditions so you won’t be able to capture everything the way you want to. If you plan to do this often, then you might also want to invest in some spares as well. These are accessories that you can go through quite quickly once they’ve been saturated with moisture so stocking up is a good idea. There are not that many action cameras that can compare to the Veho Muvi K2NPNG, this is a great little camera that you should consider investing in.
